Smørrebrød open sandwich bar in Copenhagen Airport, offering a modern take on traditional Danish food culture in a fast-paced travel environment. A bar-led layout allows guests to view the preparation of open sandwiches, emphasising freshness and craft.
The interior uses a clean Scandinavian palette of natural timber, muted tones, and simple, functional finishes. The design balances efficiency with warmth, creating a calm, considered dining experience within the airport setting.
